Made for NSQG's annual challenge in 1998. A departure and a true challenge for me. Guys love this quilt. My husband wants to hang it in our condo in Vermont. I don't know . . .

Electric Irises

May 1998 - 30" x 30"
cotton fabric, cotton batting
machine appliquéd using free-motion "blanket-stitch", machine quilted

A wreath of irises done in broderie perse free-motion by machine on an acid green background with a plaid border.
